Amy Mikal, MS Ed.
Amy has a Master’s Degree in Education and Instructional Design from Northern Illinois University. She develops and delivers training initiatives for corporate and academic partners in the areas of sales, marketing, employee health, compliance, and product development. She has specific experience in change management, safety, food production, human health, and nutrition. Amy consults with individuals and groups on health & wellness topics and, has been doing so for over 12 years. Amy is passionate about education, learner experience, and course topics that encourage personal and social responsibility.
Debbie has a varied background, from publishing and information management systems to, most recently, completing her Masters in Counseling at Concordia University of Wisconsin. Debbie has lead training seminars in her areas of expertise for the last 20 years. Debbie also publishes a major drug addiction support website.
Emily Zastrow, MS
Emily has a Master’s Degree in Human and Community Resources with an undergraduate background in Family Studies and Nutrition from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Her educational and work experience has allowed her to create and teach programming for a variety of settings and audiences including UW Extension, UW-Stevens Point, and Madison area.
